Is there any way you can play beatmania without the arcade controller and play with a playstation 2 control pad?

Yes, follow my instructions very carefully, place the beatmania cd in your japanese/ modded playstation. Hit the on button, and then let it load. Doing this should allow you to play with the regular controller. E15.gif Although seriously, you can play with a regular controller, I would rather not since it is very confusing, due to the awkward feeling of it.
