SM forXbox help.....

yeah bet this has prolly been asked tons of times before but how do i g et it to my Xbox? a link to a faq or site with dtailed instructions would be nice.....thanks anyway

hmm, i never even thought of this for some reason. my friend has a modified xbox and from what i understand, can run windows programs off of it. i would think that getting the controllers and whatnot to work with the program would involve some programming knowledge.

i could be completely wrong here though, i'm not up on the next-gen systems. go atari7800!

oh, and pads with xbox? adapaters? i dunno.

The only way you can get it on your XBox is if you modify it to run windows programs; I couldn't tell you how to do that though. Even if you could, you would still have to buy an adapter to convert PS->XBox, which IMO is a bad idea since those converters won't work with Xbox live (at least not yet). There is another way to get Stepmania on your TV, and it's posted somewhere on this board. I suggest going that route.

some people are so ignorant. The XBOX can't play windows progs, it can run Linux. StepMania was PORTED to the xbox, meaning someone changed it into xbox playable format. Anyway, I dont know how kosher it is to talk about this but for more xbox modding info goto www.xbox-scene.com

First off you will need to mod your xbox (There is a way to mod it without even opening your xbox)

second you need to download the program from mirc and then connect your xbox to your pc and transfer it.
