Stupid Freeze Arrow Glitch DWI Thing!

Ok, so for so really stupid reason, when ever freeze arrows come, the arrows start flashing on and off rapidly. What is wrong? My moms comp does this, but this one didn't start doing this till last week or so. I did just add another harddrive, but that should have nothing to do with it. I am a bit pissed. Can anyone help me?

well if you are playing on a pad hooked up to your comp, you are not holding down on the arrow, or if your are using a keyboard, you are not holding that key down.

the arrow flashing from light to dark is showing that you are not holding the arrow and within 1/8th of a beat, you get a no good. so just hold on for dear life

what set of arrows are you talking about. if your are talking about the top they always flash

maybe you just need to set the options on your stepmania whether it be a cvs or final release

Mine did that sometimes too, or my arrows would just disappear for awhile. Problably some glitch but my advice is to make sure there arent too many programs running on ur computer while you are playing, not sure if this will help though.
