If Konami DOES end up making a CS IIDX 7th....

If they end up making it, and it does well, do you think there's any chance they'll make CS versions for 1st, 2nd, 8th, and 9th styles?

If they could make a Substream and a new DDR Club Mix that links to that, that'd be cool (while neither of those were really any good, linking would still be fun). But I dunno, with all the haggling they're going through on 7th style (hey, do we even know if it's 7th? They just said a new IIDX... XD), I wonder what will happen if they even consider 8th. But then again, suppose the votes just skyrocket for this 'new' IIDX. Maybe thay'll reconsider their IIDX neglect and get back to the IIDX...erp...then they might make USA versions...

1st and 2nd style was melded in with 3rd Style CS. 8th and 9th will depend on how well this version sells if it does indeed come out. If 7th sells a shitload of copies then konami is gonna go "hey this series isnt dead after all". If it doesnt sell well.. then thats it.

What'd really be awesome is if it was an 8th/9th CS release. Imagine every song new to 8th and 9th plus good songs that appeared on previous styles.

Ahh, now that you mention it, that could be the case...which makes a lot of sense too...Since this whole 'new IIDX' thing has become such an issue, Konami's probably thinking about a 'The Best of 7th, 8th, and 9th Style.' This approach would give them an excuse for taking a break (financially) after this new IIDX, and it would justify why Konami didn't directly say what type of IIDX they're making...
