|
|
hey pplz..i know this is off topic about what you ppl are writing about but i need help and i dunno where else to write it...
i have these igniton pads from cypher games or something
and ive had em for about a month. THe problem is that after not playing for about a month and both my pads have broken. One of my pad's down button has broken and when i press it the game doesnt get a response and the LED light doesnt light up for it although all the other buttons work fine and the game responds to it. Teh other pad however seems to have all buttons respond with the LED light but the up button doesnt really respond well even tho iit does work but not as it should like all the rest do. Does anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?? help greatly appreciated _________________

Its around that price. But I think they last longer than the other ignition pads. Mine still works after about 9 months. _________________

For anyone who knows about pads at all and has a lot of experience, whether it be a bad purchase, or two years of maniac dancing, and in your personal opinion, which pad is the absolute best pad and is it also the best home play pad? Rank the pads in your knowledgeable opinion. As far as I know, Intec pads suck, Mad Catz really suck, and even the generic Konami imports aren't any good. I'm still kinda confused, but thanks for your replys yesterday. |
me too! In my situation, I'm willing to put in the extra cash for a good prehaps too advanced for my beginner status pad because I don't have the cash to put up for a new pad every few months. So I'm saying that I'm looking for longevity here, and preferably an arcade-sized one, and a soft one for storage's sake. _________________

Does anybody know about this glamorous white DDR Ignition pad? I hear that, out of all the pads I have researched, is the absolute best out there. It is fairly affordable-which is a big plus for me cuz I'm poor -totally durable, and easy to transport-another big plus for be because I throw a big DDR party every week. However, I have not been able to find it, and I could be confusing it for another pad; it might not be Ignition. For those who are trying to find it, here's what you should look for:
1-The pad is pure white(they look similar to the generic Konami pads)
2-They have "Dance Dance Revolution" in the center.
3-They are arcade size.
That's all I know. Reply ASAP. |

It sometimes depends on where you ordered the bundle from, but it should take anywhere from 3 days to one-and-a-half weeks(at the most. Normally, it won't take that long). It also depends on how they are sent; like by air or ground, that kinda stuff. |

I've had a RO Ignition 2.0 for about 10 months. Recently, the right and down arrows seem to be sticking. Is there anything (short of getting a new pad) that i can do to fix this, like something w/ the sensors maybe? |

Still, companies aren't bad at sending their items on time. Let me break it down: if it is one week I'd get anxious, if it's two, I'd worry. Did you request that it be rush sent? I do; it's more expensive, but at least I have an idea on when the items I'm ordering will arrive |

Yes. Get the real RO ones. I've had mine for probably about a year now with heavy play, and it is just starting to get a sticky down arrow. It has been great!
Also, I have a fake RO that recently got the plastic part stepped on (and cracked) and now the right arrow won't work at all But, it's always been rather crappy. So, I'd like to do the mod where you cut the electronics out and put another cheapo mat inside. What's the best mat to do this with? Looking to spend like $10-$20 (maybe on 2 mats? Not sure if the real RO pad will last much longer). Thanks for any advice. |

This is regarding the Chubby Pad. I'm going to mod my new Konami Pad, and I was wondering if acryllic will support my weight after extended play. I'm about 210, and I play mostly 8 foot songs. I'm thinking of doing this, so I don't want to have cracked acryllic all over my Pad. _________________

yeah, the acryllic panels should be fine with your weight. acryllic is designed for high impact. plexiglass, however, willl probably shatter. |

Or you could get the BNS one. It is half the price and it's great. |

The first pad is an ignition 1.0, they suck. Avoid them at all costs. |
