Hi, I'm 桜 and I uh, like the song 桜. I have an IME. I played for a year. DDR Extreme has existed in my town for about four months. I hate CRASH!. Small things annoy me like ****. Like the one pixel on my screen that broke months ago. Or the fact that the song butterfly is too good for us. and also maybe that my brother's Photoshop skills suck.

Anyway, I signed up about yesterday. Nice to be in a place that has all of its members hypnotized by some n00b who thinks characters will be in DDR MAX 2.

Well, I've been posting for a few weeks, and should've started with this thread! My bad! Anyway, so I've been doing DDR for about four months, am up to 7-foot songs (and Whistle Song on heavy), and like to challenge myself. That's why I don't like someone doing Afronova twenty times a night. It's obvious you know the song, and more obvious that I'm not impressed.
To conclude:
Build a man a fire, and you keep him warm for a day.
Set a man on fire, and you keep him warm for the rest of his life.

I'm John, a just-starting DDR player in the East Tennessee region. I have high hopes, and have in less than a week already advanced beyond light mode in most songs I play.

Yo, my name is Anthony. I live kind of between Elk Grove and Sacramento. I've been playing DDR for about 2 years, and can do most Heavy songs, except ones like MAX 300. My favorite song is probably, RHYTHM AND POLICE. Thank you for your time.

Hey, I'm Razor- I've been playing DDR for five years, but only REALLY got the hang of it real recently. I can do most catas (I say most cause I haven't played 'em all-some I find boring.), and am trying to beat more 10 footers now, like Legend of Max, MaxX Unlimited, and Paranoia Survivor Max. I'm 16, and aside from DDR, I like writing stories on Fanfiction.net, and drawing.

My favorite games are Final Fantasy, Resident Evil (of which I know EVERYTHING), DDR (duh), and Metroid Fusion. I also like an old survivor horror game called Alone in the Dark, but no one's heard of that.

I've been here for a while, but never really posted that much. Figured I should start now.

Hey yo, Im Nate. Im from South Portland Maine (SoPo), and ive been playing DDR for about 2 years. I ordered my BNS Ultra DX-Xtreme pad a couple days ago and it should be here on Tuesday (from California). For right now, ive been using a MadKatz thats taped to my floor. Im still a intermediate novice on Heavy, but I play StepMania to practice my sight reading of fast notes. I got a buncha friends from school who play the game also, but not as much as me. I host a DDR Radio Station, the location is in my profile. It has about 369 songs on it (almost every song of DDR to date, even Extreme). I hope to become better and actually pass MaxX Unlimited on Standard E13.gif .

Um, hello there. I must say that I'm a bit intimidated by all of these really good players. Still, I guess I need to introduce myself. Ehehe. riiight.gif

My name's Brandon (or Jace, as most people online call me) and I've been playing DDR for almost 4 months now. I can handle most standard/trick songs, and rate myself at about a 6-7 foot level, with a little intermingling in the 8 footers. I'm not that great, but I'm hoping to learn more as I progress.

I've been visiting this site for a while, and I just recently got the bright idea to join the boards. So, I guess I'll hang around for a while and check things out. The more I know about DDR, the better.

Other than DDR, I enjoy video games, anime, writing, RPing, listening to music, hanging out with friends. I'm 17 years old and I live in the suburbs of Chicago. Ph33r m4 n00bishness.

Well My name is William Stewart and I hail from the quiet little tourist city of Penticton BC (Thats in Canada for those of you who are curious). I've been playing DDR since summer of 2001, when one of my friends came back from Japan with a Japanese PSX and a couple of DDR games and a half dozen pads. We all got hooked and soon his system was hooked up at the local video game store on the big screen. I can do most maniac songs at a B level, so I consider myself fair at the game.

Well all thats really left to say is Hello to everyone else who enjoys DDR out there and hopefully someday we meet, and then we shall dance untill we collapse and then dance some more.

Peace out!

Hey there, this isn't my first post, but I ain't been here long, so here goes. My name is John, and I live in Houston, Texas -- H-Town holla back! I'm 20 and a college student majoring in studio art with a minor in English. I'm currently about 7 foot heavy level, but I hope to start playing more actively again soon. In addition to DDR, my hobbies include:

- PC and Nintendo gaming, and old system/arcade emulation
- Clubbing -- catch me at CLUB ROXY every Saturday night, Houston residents -- and dancing (old school pop and lock, rave-style stomping/liquid, hip hop style, depending on what's playing)
- Building and repairing computers and other electronic stuff
- Drawing, photography
- Watching anime (currently One Piece, Naruto, and Prince of Tennis)
- Working out (resistance -- DDR is cardio enough, usually!)
- I'm going to start rock climbing at one of the Texas Rock Gyms next week!

I also enjoy playing guitar, sitting around on my buttocks, hitting on girls, eating Mexican food, and listening to lots of types of music -- many electronic genres (trance, house, drum and bass, jungle, down tempo), hip hop, jazz, and some J-pop.

Right now, I just got back from the Roxy and am about to hit the bed. Here's a picture of me I just took with a really cheap web cam.

I guess that about wraps it up! Thanks for reading my long post. Any H-Town people, I hope to run into you somewhere soon.

Hey. I've been playing for just over a year, though I never knew about this place until this guy I met at the arcade told me about it. I love doing challenge mode and I'm up to catas in regular game mode. I just moved to Windsor (near Detroit) from Hamilton last week, and I'm thrilled to know there's at least two good machines here. I play at home too, with a metal pad, but I haven't upgraded to PS2...yet. Someday soon...
