Yep, I play DDR all the time, and then I end up getting hungry all of a sudden. Then I hate it when I see food on T.V.... |

Well, I've always been hungry, so I don't know if that counts.
However, I DID have a weird experience on Monday. My friend and I had just finished playing at the movie theatre, and I smelled the popcorn being made. It was at that moment that I had this intense craving for something to eat. I'd never had it before. And it wasn't that I was hungry, as in my stomach was empty and I needed to suppliment it with nutrients, it was that I wanted to eat something. I'd almost describe it as the munchies. o.o;;;
Anyway, I begged my friend to go to the food court at the mall, and I ate a Super Roast Beef Sandwich from Arby's. That hit the spot. I can still remember how good it tasted. _________________

DDR has had some weird effects on my weight, it has given me an insatiable appetite all the time, so I'm almost always in need of a snack.
I weighed 128 pounds at age 13 when I started playing
I now weigh 133 on average (because it flucuates, from 127 at times to 139) at age 15 (16 in a month).
I don't know if it's good or not that I'm keeping the weight off, I'm not weak in the least, I can run a 6:20 mile and have visible abs (Thank you DDR! ) but I still weigh this same weight despite my eating habits.
I think DDR has made my metabolism so fast that I literally digest the food I eat before it touches my tongue. _________________

It's because you're eating right before you go to sleep. That's one of the worst times you can eat. Also, yeah, like someone else said, even very small meals through the day can help you keep your metabolism up. And don't eat before going to bed. |

I just now played a lot, got realllly hungry, and now I'm happily eating =D
BTW, nothing WRONG with a 6:20 mile, Altinure....it's not great, but it's pretty average and in shape for 15 _________________

Well, all through the summer, I'd eat a can of fruit and a granolla bar for lunch (and some other small snacks sometimes). But I have found that chewing gum helps keep me from being hungry. I've gone from close to 190 lbs. to 155. But, now that I'm in school and my eating habits have changed:
Summer:
Breakfast at 11ish
Lunch at 2ish
Dinner around 9 (I guess)
Go to bed at sometime early in the morning (1 or 2)
School:
Breakfast at 6:30
Lunch at 12
Snacks when I get home (3 to 6ish)
Dinner at around 6 or 7
Bed at 11
I seem to have more random cravings for food. |
