Does anyone have an objectiveBNS metal pad review? By objective I mean anyone aside from cryptoddrfweak. Specifically, I'd like to know:
-What kind of contacts? i.e. sheet metal plates, metal tape, etc
-How solid does the pad feel? Does it feel fragile? Does it creak? Do the the panels bend
-Did you have any problems upon arrival? Were they easily fixed
-How far do the buttons depress?
-Do the buttons make any discernible noise when pressed?
-Pictures of both the inside and outside. Pictures that aren't ones the company took.
I realize we had a thread like this earlier, but somehow I just didn't trust the poster, especially when he didn't back up his claims with any sort of proof or even a coherent argument.
I think everyone would be interested in an honest, logical, and well-thought-out review. Granted, it's no CobaltFlux, but it's also half the price. Is it worth the tradeoff?
And remember, if your name is cryptoddrfweak, don't bother posting.
Yeah, I'd really like to hear a worthwhile review of BNS's metal pad too. I kinda despise BNS (The DX pad I ordered was 2 months late, and it only lasted a few months) but that metal pad looks kinda cool and isn't real expensive.
