Now, I have for my PS1 2 memory cards and a pocketStation, and they all store both English and japanese games. Can the Playstation 2 memory card also hold Japanese and American games at the same time? _________________

I don't think they can have both on them, because when I bought a JPS2 memory card, the clerk said that you can only save Japanese game data on them. I haven't tried to save an American game data, though, so it may not be true. _________________

It's not. I've got files from both regions on the same card. Just about everything that's not a game works with any region PS2. Not to sure about HDDs or network adaptors, though. |

I've heard the network adapters aren't fully interchangeable. It's probably got something to do with differing telephone line standards. I suspect hard drives would be neutral, though. If someone can find me a utility to create a PS2 filesystem on an IDE drive, I'll happily give it a try.
