do you think this would be i good idea? i do! it would be like pokemon exept instead of battles you challange them to a ddr game! and with more arcaesds. it would be brilliant! harder DDR trainers to beat, a DDR championship. you would get better as the chalanges got harder!

do you think this is a good idea? tell me what u think.

As long as we get to see digital noobs who always go back to the center and double steppers. Yeah I think it might be cool, forming parties into teams and going into tournaments, perhaps they could think of some way to digitalize freestyle tournies using the input from a player on a pad.

Well, at least online Ultramix will be closest we can get to anything remotely like going to the arcade and playing others from the comfort of your home.

Yeah, it could be the "Yasuka" Gang. With Yasu, Take, Aaron and other good DDR players. But the concept itself, I don't know.

I thought this was insanely stupid at first, but the more I think about it, the more I think it's a good idea. Think about it: you would have to buy mods at stores, and earn badges to play things like Max300 heavy.

Yasu as the last boss mad me laugh so much. Be even freakier if he played and had to face himself.

But the idea sounds good. And if its like Silver and Gold then have the ability to call up players you faced against to have rematches or form teams or whatnot.

But imagine a last boss or even insane optional boss that would AAA everything but his last song he'd miss by 1 Great so you'd have to AAA his whole set. That's pretty nuts if you ask me.

uh...guys there is no need to make a game about a game..... I for one would not even spend a penny on that game if someone was dumb enough to make it...sorry but I just can't see any logical reasons for Konami to lose money on a project such as this. Or in other words... no

I wouldn't say it'd be a game about a game. I'd think of it as an evolution of DDR made to be alittle more "deep" and story oriented, it'd be nice if you really felt like you were traveling and challenging other players over the standard, heres a bunch of songs, have fun.

I made up this idea last year. I have witnesses. 1st Gym Leader would specialize in 1 foot songs and 2 foot songs. Etc. and then in the "2nd season" (like Gold and Silver), the Gym Leaders will have certain song types they're good at: Slow Songs, Sorrow Songs, Off Sync Songs.. etc. So booya.

Hmmmm, I don't know. I could see how something like it might be done, but I don't think too many people would be interested in it. I think it would take alot of work on all parties involved to get something like thiat going and make it do at least good in sales. Right now, the idea doesn't sound like a good one to me.
