DDR pants....

i cant play in pants... its just weird. but i usually wear shorts all winter anyway so it doesnt matter. and i cant play with anything besides dollar bills or my liscense in my pocket. all change , cell phone, keys etc must be on the side of the machine

Well, I don't know why other people don't want to play in jeans - maybe because they are too tight? But I like my baggy jeans, they are very comfy and they suit DDR playing.

I play with shorts. I also have to have stuff in my pockets, otherwise it doesn't feel right. I used to empty them, but now I make sure my pockets are loaded with stuff when I play. It's probably more of just a superstitious thing, though.

In the winter, shorts wearing is difficult. I often wear regular jeans then. I'm not as good in jeans as I am in shorts, though.

Shorts feel weird while I play...jeans are best for me but only with the legs cuffed up a little above my ankles (otherwise i step on them and they start slipping off my waist

) and the pockets usually have to be empty. Last night and today, tho, I've been able to play with a couple of things in my pockets...still not too comfortable, but hasn't really messed me up yet.

The hot topic kids in my mall wear big baggy pants... some hold them up, some do fine without.... I just can't do it, i fall on my butt everytime i try to play in those. My favorite DDR wear is a pair of guys camo shorts... why guys? Because playing DDR in girls shorts gives me a wedgie.

Go with the hot topic pants. Also cut them on the bottom so that they cover your whole show but dont drag on the floor. It looks awesome! Wear a belt if they are too big at the waist.

Well, seeing as how I live in Colorado where it snows and we walk around dressed much like Kyle and Kenny from South Park for most of the year, I always wear pants to play. Usually just thoes hip hugin' bell bottoms! But during the summer, when it can get up to 80 degrees (w00t!), then I wear skirts and shorts to play in. A word to the wise:
Playing DDR in flip flops= BAD!
