If anyone is in the Bay Area and has the weekend free, Japan Town Anime Faire will have a game room that will feature two of our metal pads in action. Might be worth a gander if you are already planning on going. If you are interested in the Faire itself, please go here for more information:

YES. Don't even consider the Cypher Games pad. My friend got that and one of the arrows was cracked within a week. Soon, the pad didn't work. Go for the Red Octane, it's worth the price. _________________

genetic: no word on that yet. Preliminary information is pointing at Soft Pads for the X-box.... however, there will no doubt be PS2 -> XBOX converters coming out, and they should work with the pad. Please note the "should" part. _________________

That's great. I am really stuck between the CF and the RO. Now more pads are coming out but nobody has bought them, like the BNS one and the lik-sang one. Has anybody tried these? What's the purpose of Super Saver Shipping? It is like 35 more than ground shipping and it ships slower. |

Hey guys!! I got my RO pad!!!
IT IS REALLY AWESOME. And i've played on a CF TONS of times, And I DOOO have to admit that I like the RO better!!!!
Only one thing.. when I took the sticky tape stuff of the plastic arrows, it left a sticky residue. I tired water.. but it failed!!
How do I get it off!!! _________________

Anybody try the RO on doubles yet?
I've got two CF's myself with a doubles kit and I'd like to test some RO's sometime just to see how they stand up. |

Is this the sticky stuff that goes on the metal squares (center and back corners)? In the review it said that the stuff that goes on the metal squares is hard to take off and that the stuff on the arrows is easy.
Also, in what ways is the RO pad better than the CF? |

I know one person who has gotten the BnS pad, and the right arrow stuck within 45 minutes of play. The RO pad is definite quality. _________________

I ordered one about a week ago, and they have yet to even ship it...
I better get it before DDR MAX2 comes out. _________________

MJB: Ground takes 3-7 business days to deliver after the shipping confirmation email is sent.
monkeykinds: If your order has not shipped yet, then there may be a problem with your order. Send an email to [email protected] with your order ID and they can take a look for you. Generally, as long as the credit card is not declined, and we have all items on your order available, we ship the same or next day. If you paid by E-check, then it may take 5 business days to ship. _________________

Hey WrathX, what is the purpose of super saver shipping? It costs like $35 more and it ships slower than ground for the RO metal pad. Also, can you guys put up some more pictures of the pad on the website? |

diablo: are you referring to Super Saver Shipping option with the Metal Pad? This is a no-no. The metal pad item page states that this product cannot be shipped via Super Saver Shipping, this is because of the costs incurred.
Super Saver Shipping is good for all other items, as it's a nice cheap alternative than the other methods. Again, the metal pad is not eligible for shipping via SSS, use Ground instead. _________________

Well there was a problem- I initially put down the wrong billing adress. I got an e-mail telling me of the problem, and I sent an e-mail with the correct billing adress. Hopefully it should be cleared up by now... _________________

I'd assume it would take the 4-6 weeks that it takes to get in stock + the 5 days it would take to get to Florida.
My pad should be here tomorrow |
