hey has any one gotten the back bar and if so is it one long bar or is it 2 bars that attach individually to each pad

The doubles bar is not a bar for you to rape, its a bar that goes on the ground between two pads as a spacer/connector, so the pads are attached. No bar raping on your pretty CF pads.
