I've read all of the feed back that she has been getting and I'm going to say that I'm quite dissapointed with them....I wish Makoto the best of luck in finishing this project and keep the updates coming! Take care of yourself

I must say that I've rather enjoyed the comic so far

The artwork is well done, the story is pretty well written (and has subplots..gotta love competition not only in ddr, but for the lovin too ^__^), and it's enjoyable..keep going so i have more to read at work

Don't just praise it (which I do, lots), but discuss the comic, eh? Sounds like a good plan.

Well, get the obvious out of the way - the fact is that the art is absolutely excellent. Very good manga, and you get a great feel for all the characters.

Which brings me to (what I consider) the main strength of the comic - the characters! Love 'em, hate 'em, you do feel emotions towards them, wishing them success or failure - which is the core of whether a story is good or not.

The whole world that has been created there - who (in this forum, anyway) doesn't want to be part of a team, involved in a tournament like that, with tactics, competition, meeting new people, and on top of all that it's in Hawaii!

Long live 10k commotion! Update it more, I wanna read more!

The only one I have a problem within the comic is Pic.
He is an buttocks and the fact that he was the one who started the whole platnium mark rivarly....He should lighten up though arcording ot makoto.

Eh, there would've been a Platinum Mark/Psyclone rivalry regardless. It's only natural that the local champions and the outside team clash. Pict just makes it that much easier.

That said, he is indeed an at-sign dollar-sign dollar-sign. (I'm trying to picture myself saying that with a straight face and failing miserably.) I can't wait until he actually develops some character. :P

Wow i just read your story today and i must say im hooked i cant wait for stage 4 mmm candy but i was wondering that scene between Pict and his girl where they are about to go at it im just wondering did u make an uncencered version of that episode with full henti action

BTW i have an idea if u make a follow up to this story Dymit goes on a quest to become the greatest freestyler of all time
Also i read u were that girl who did diakenki at the LB stop i remember u cause i was the other person who didnt qualify for anything there besides u and your friends so um like hi

Haha, 10K Commotion is one of the best DDR webmangas out there, altough I haven't seen many, but that's just because I'm lazy. I agree with the others- the characters are the greatest part of the story, because you feel for each of them. (Well, MOST of them- I wouldn't care if CERTAIN chataers broke their legs or something...)

Which brings me to another point- most of the characters in the story are real, right? (Like Jun, and OBVIOUSLY Justice. ^_~) So maybe Ishouldn't say to many bad things about the characters...

Razor: *typing on computer* / *hears doorbell ring, and gets up... peeks in peephole* Who is it?

*Sees Cyber doing a flying jump kick towards the door*

Yeah, maybe it WOULD be a good idea to keep my mouth shut.

*ehem* Now, on to discussing the 10K Commotion... or at least what I've read of it...

I have to say my favorite part until 3rd (I'll know if I have a new fav after I read more) is definately the lingere scene. Anyone else agree? I mean, come on, she just does the whole comic so well, you can see this actually happening, right? So, wouldn't it e funny to see 2 people in Victoria's Secret, with this girl trying on lingere for someone she really doesn't know all that well? Wow... it's been so long since I've read it... now I HAVE to go read what's been updated!

So I revived a 5 months old threat, but The 10K Commotion deserves it.

Chapter 5 is now completed and the story is just starting to get really interesting.

Thanks for reviving this thread! I've read all of the Tenkay Commotion, and I'm so glad the fifth chapter is finally finished. Reading the author's weblog, it says that the team who wins the $1,000 doesn't win the whole competition. So, who really wins?
My money is on the author's team, of course, because the humility it would require to write a comic like this only to reveal your loss would be off the charts.

I've been reading 10K for a while now, as well. It's one of the things that got me "hooked" on DDR, I absolutely adore Makoto's style and character design. Each update is well worth the wait, if I do say so myself.
