Where the hell is it? Nothing on the TaQ site looks like "buy now" or "add to cart". Any help please? Don't want it to be sold out if/when I eventually find it.

You can't actually buy it, it was only for sale at his concerts. You can 'find' it online for 'evaluation purposes' though

Like others said, it's only been released more of a promotional item, whichs means that you had to be at one of the release parties in japan to get a copy of it.
