I have a bunch of 9th style songs w/o keysounds for BMDX (Yea, I know... I need to get back to SC so I can bum rides to SVGL again.). Most songs, if my computer is acting up and the MP3 refuses to stay lined up, I can just turn off the sound and play that way. PSM is the only song I've found where I cannot stay onbeat at all without the music playing.
I would assume, then, that it's hard to remain perfectly accurate even with the music playing.
Also, on the topic of 9th Style:
"*playing in BMDX* Wow, moon_child is really fun... not too hard... *freaky double-scaling of doom* OH MY GOD WHAT THE HELL?!"
I'm now determined to pass moon_child... but I somehow feel that will be a long way away. _________________

Its not a hard song too pass for a 7 but scoring on it is hard. The slowdowns can get really tricky Its probabally off too since it is on 9th style. But im not really that good at IIDX so dont quote me. _________________

I found PSM quite tough to pass for a non-flashing 7, but it's no Traces or anything.
Though it's rated a normal 7, I would have rated it a low-level flashy. Definitely no DXY! or V or anything. Harder than a lot of the 8th style flashing 7s, though. _________________

damn i wish i could get my hands on a 9th style machine, i'm in serious urge to play Love Shine, Two days of love, Hyper Eurobeat, and Rottel-The-Mercury o and BeRockU (jus for the video ). But other than that, is it just me or do i find the timing a lot easier in earlier styles? I have gotten better records in Absolute L7 and DXY! L7 on 5th style over 6th style. Prolly is jus me or what? |

Wow I scared myself today! I just hit a serious spike in my IIDX skill level today by clearing:
Rottel-da-sun 7K
Sync 7K
The Big Voyager 7k and Another (personally I think the another sounds cooler)
The Strong Jaeger 7K
VJ Army 7K
Holic 7K
Presto 7K
R5 7K
So, that aside, what are some easier 7* songs to try on 8th Style? It should be arriving at the local arcade soon... I hope _________________

Hey, just a quick question.
Is there anywhere on the net that has all of the IIDX songs with their difficulties (I not only mean 7 keys, but Light 7 and Anothers, too)? I know that Bemanistyle used to have them before they went down, and now that I have access to an 8th Style (which rocks, by the way) I want to chart my progress a little bit. Thanks in advance. _________________
