I just got offered 150 dollars a day to teach DDR

I was playing just as normal today and a older lady walked up to me and asked how good I was at Dance Dance Revolution. I told her my credentials and what I thought about DDR as a hole. She then asked me to come to her college ( Pelican Rapids ) and teach DDR to a group of 500 kids a day. She said I would be there 4 days and she would pay for my food and rent me a hotel room. My girlfreind also gets the same deal as long as she comes with.
She got a grant to get a machine for her college, but no one knows how to play it so that will be my job is to teach the students.

Does that sound like a dream job or what?

I would be careful... Doesn't it seem a little odd for someone to want you to teach DDR? And to offer to pay for you to travel up there... I'm not saying anything dodgy's going on, but be careful

This year, i'm going to attemp to set up a DDR thing for school. since no one over 20 knows anything, I know I will have to explain it. sigh. i might even convince them to get an extreme machine. and I could be the teacher. i don't care if i'm paid or not, I just wanna talk, dammit. it could be an after school thing. anyone who wants to sign up has to pay an entry fee. there would first be a free demonstration as to how it works.

Haha, good luck man.

I go insane just trying to teach one person to play, since most people are naturally inept to grasping any concept regarding playing DDR correctly. But 500 a day? I can't even imagine what it'd be like. So many pad stompers... middle panel whores... single footers... jumpers... and complainers!

You may be the luckiest DDR playin ever! but tell me this...you will be speaking to college people but will you be able to show them? cuz if you are...make sure you show off and throw down some hand plants and bar hops. then teach them the basic's. or...do something easy like boom boom dollar on basic...but play backwards and talk to every1 at the same time. that would be the sickest thing i have ever seen!
