Erm, wouldn't any song that gradually slows down to a stop (such as Max 300, Maxx Unlimited, Sakura) qualify as the slowest, because they would have to slow down to 1 bpm, 2 bpm, 3 bpm, etc., before they stop, right? |

Unless I missed it, I haven't seen the correct answer to the second Q yet. The original poster didn't say that long versions aren't allowed, so methinks the answer would be
B4U Glorious Style - 744 steps
And on the third-slowest song: if we only consider songs with no BPM changes (which seems to make sense on a question like that, but you didn't say), then everyone knows that BIMP is first with 63, then bag with 65. From what I can determine the next slowest is (was) a song from the Dreams Come True mix (whose name one source has as Nante Koi_Shitandaro, but another one has as Nante Aishitan Daro - I assume those are the same song), which is 80 bpm.
Do I get a brass figbigy with bronze oak-leaf palm and aluminum clusters for either of these?
(p.s. to those wondering about the _ after the "Koi" - you won't believe what the board software censored that to when I left the underscore out!)

I have played on a Dreams Come True arcade machine before, in fact about a year ago my local arcade had one on free play, which is what started me on DDR. Then it broke and they took it away to fix it and upgrade it to 7th, but it would only stand to reason that if they have a DCT machine there would also be a TKD machine |

This is basically a compliation of what others have said, and I agree with them so this is basically all the right answers (I hope... ) together.
1)
Including Tempo Change: The Legend of MAX (666 BPM)
Excluding Tempo Change: Burnin' the Floor (Momo Mix)
2) B4U Glorious Style (744 Steps)
3)
Including Tempo Change: Sakura (ARROW OF DEATH! ::stabs:
Excluding Tempo Change: Be In My Paradise
4)
Including Tempo Change: Sakura is #1, then Somewhere Over the Rainbow (AGH the insanely long freeze arrow that's actually quite short), and then Healing Visions is the answer.
Excluding Tempo Change: BIMP > bag > Dreams Come True
5) Keep on Movin', 1:06
6) Colors (For Extreme), at 2:01, according to my MP3 player... but it could be 1:52... never timed it before...

Instead of making this thread even more redundant I'll contribute the one thing I find different from everybody else that has posted so far.

etc...
I'm thinking 0 bpm is pretty slow _________________

The highest BPM song (in an official mix) (include BPM)
The legend of Max. 444 BPM during the freezes. (Yes, it speeds up, and yes, this is the correct BPM.) Burnin' The Floor (Momo Mix) only reaches 340.
The song with THE most steps (include amount)
B4U (Glorious Style) (744 Steps)
The slowest song (easy) (include BPM)
Sakura (14 BPM) (Assuming you go by what's on the song selection screen, and not for the Max slowdowns that go to about 20.)
Side note: The second-slowest song is Somewhere Over The Rainbow, at 35 BPM
The Third slowest song (include BPM)
Healing Vision (49 BPM) (Also assuming you go by what's on the song selection screen.)
The shortest song (include time)
Keep On Movin' / N.M.R. (1:07)
The Longest non long version song (include time)
Kakumei / dj Taka feat. Naoki (1:51) _________________
