I ordered a pad from Red Octane 2 weeks ago. The shipping said (quote) "1 to 2 weeks". I'm in Canada and the shipping was $35.
So, I phone them up and they say "1 to 2 weeks" means 7 to 14 business days. Thats 3 "real" weeks.
Then they put the pad on sale for $30 off in the mean time.
Grrr.
(Just thought I'd whine) |

What kind of pad is it? If it's a Konami one, I hope you've got yourself 8 months of patience. Yes, that's right, I had to wait 8 months for my Konami pad which broke in 2 months |

I have done very few orders with RedOctane, but they have always shipped my orders promptly. I can't say I've ordered something that isn't their "available to ship immediately" equivalent, though... _________________

Usually when a company gives shipping times, they are refferring to business days. Even though my Red Octane Ignitions (which I hope to part with for some metal pads sometime soon ) shipped very quickly. _________________
