Before: I never play right after I eat. I usually wait at least an hour (unless I can't wait in which I leave it at 45)
During: Water, I always bring some with me. The occasional small snack(chips, cookies, etc.)
After: If I'm at the bowling alley then I go to Wendy's (right next door). mmmm... chicken sandwiches. All the arcades here that have ddr are right next to food courts so I can have anything but I always get an icee or other frozen drink =P. But I find coke strangely refreshing for some reason. Oh and gatorade too. _________________

Theres a food court by the arcade, panda express, pizza and garlic sticks, yum. And forget water, it may be better for you, but soda is more refreshing |

Due to my weird friends that I play DDR with... I will always associate chicken nuggets from Wendy's, Waffqle House, and Subway with DDR.
As for drinks... water and root beer floats. ^.^
I personally like a soft taco supreme from Taco Hell somewhere after about 7 or 8 rounds... but, whenever I start playing at the mall, I -always- get a root beer float. _________________

Before: Mountain Dew
During: Lemonade
After: Left-over lemonade and either McDonald's, because it's cheap and Beaker and I are cheap, or Arby's.. depending on what's open when the arcade closes..
Food before/during DDR: BAD!
Always eat after playing DDR. DDR may be healthy, but it's unhealthy to burn way more calories than you consume in one day. _________________

Boredom is my master, and therefore I play DDR, morning, noon, and night.. Unless I'm at school, and then I'm juggling two jobs and a DDR habit.. Yay me! |

Ha ha ha, I introduced him this. can't beat 4/1.00 bismarks or anything in the case and a Mountain Dew. Its usually my "reward" for a good night of play... just like if I fail a song, I usually play HVAM, So Deep and R&P straight, no breaks for punishment. _________________
