Step Step Revolution, which is another word name for Heavy in some older mixes. It's in the DDRFreak dictionary, which is probably why you didn't get a response when you asked.

1337 is leet for leet. like eliete (sp) like if someone does something cool, you could say "d00d! dat poopy 1337! r0x0r!"
