advertisers are not the most intelligent people ever

ok, where i live *points at locations* there's a bowling alley advertising one of the "hottest video games in america" (true true)..."THE dance dance revolution"..."come and experience this new game with tons of the hottest dance tunes and dances" i mean..it's a max2..so unfortunately there's no crash to rock out to, but come on, i wouldn't be dancing to some of the songs, and the way they hype it up is downright hilarious..i'll see if i can get a recording of it and upload it to my page for listening amusement (or if you live in the rogue valley, listen to any radio station)..It's great, especially considering that there are all of about 10 heavy players within a 75 mile radius.

They went a little far on hyping up DDR. It will probably encourage a lot of newbies to play in which they will eventually become discouraged after they don't figure out how to play.

Where I live *points to locations as well*, the local Top40 station has commercials for Galactic Hurricane. Its an arcade/lasertag place. On the most recent commercial, they advertise about the lasertag lockin, then at the end include something like this:

"And for all you DDR freaks out there, Galactic Hurricane has the newest challenge, DDR Extreme...DDR Extreme...DDR Extreme...DDR Extreme...

It was actually kinda cool, hearing it advertised. I bet the ppl at GH wrote it out, so they actually sounded like they knew what they were talking about.
