If it really was an on-duty park employee playing, he better watch himself. Employees are not supposed to be taking part in attractions (or going on rides, or buying anything, etc.) while in uniform...it's a big no-no, up to termination depending on how nice the supervisor is. Did you happen to catch his name? I've only gotten one slacker employee fired this year, since I changed departments and am no longer anyone important.
Anyway, on topic: I started with DDR. I'm a college kid who has to spend his own money on everything, and cannot afford to play very often. I'm proud that I can B up to 6 footers with confidence. I play PIU very rarely, for the following reasons: I can't easily adjust to the step pattern, the menus are a major PITA to navigate (is it so hard to add buttons to the console?), and most of the songs aren't to my tastes (read: slower BPMs with no obvious way to speed up the steps). I acknowldge that it's a challenge, but when I'm spending money on an attraction, enjoyment>challenge. Doing good and getting better at DDR is more rewarding to me than doing poorly and getting good at PIU. ::shrug:: |

No obvious way to speed up the steps? you're joking, right? EVERY version of pump has speed codes, try pushing the up left arrow 3 times, or if you're on an extra/prex 2/premier 3 you gotta push up left - tup right - up left - up right - center
oh yeah, Loner shouldn't be a level 8 either, I mean, they got Slam ranked as a 9, and Loner I have been S'ing for almost a year, and I've only been A'ing slam for a month or so now, hell, I S'd loner before I passed slam |
