Add DDRMAX2 JP to Songlists / Codes

DDRMAX2 JP is missing. I dunno if JA is waiting on a songlist again like with EuroMix 2 or not, but I just figured I'd point it out.

I was about to refer the poster of this thread to the songlist page, until I saw that the page I was looking for wasn't there, and it's not in the first page of the stickied MAX2 JP thread in DDR @ Consoles.
