It's nice to see a large variety of players here...

My intro: I am Dojomaster/Mike/Bobby (what everyone at my arcade calls me). I play DDR at home and in Hickory, NC. I've been playing for a year and a half now, and can past all but four catas (still working on those 10 footers

). I've competed in a few local tournaments and tried my hand at FS (my It's Raining Men routine didn't quite go as planned

).

I'm obsessed with music and gaming in general. I love Electronica, and am a big fan of Captain Jack (check the sig) and other dance groups. I'm working on composing some Trance, but I still don't have any equipment

(I'm making my tunes with Cool Edit Pro).

I'm a casual fan of anime as well, although I don't have any DVDs, nor have I been to a convention. I'm more of a sci-fi/fantasy fan...

. I'm awesome at math and stuff, but I won't get into that since this isn't Y=MX+B Freak.
I'm not the greatest DDR player, but the standards at my arcade aren't real high, so I don't care when I fail or whatever. As of now, I'm 14 and going into my freshman year.
I've never played and Bemani besides DDR, but I really wanna try Beatmania IIDX. I'm not a huge ANIMEniac, but Trigun is pretty dang cool. I don't have AIM or any of that stuff, so if for some reason you ever want to reach me, PM or Email me, preferably PM.

Hello! I'm Debi and I'm 16 and my boyfriend got me into DDR- I started playing Stepmania months ago, but have only been playing in the arcade for a couple weeks cause I was afraid to look siillllly (which I do!) best I can do are 5 feeters

, and he's up to 10. I live in Massachusetts and go to different random arcades around here- our fave is Good Times Emporium in Somerville. I don't like Beatmania. For no reason other than my boyfriend is OBSESSED with it I guess hehe. thats it!

Mysterio here.

I've been a member of these here boards since that fateful day on the 20th of November. I have been playing DDR since June of 2002. I am not really very good considering how long I have played. I have beaten pretty much every 9-footer, most with decent grades. I am working on my PA. I am not working on my freestyle. I don't have an arcade nearby with a machine so, it's hard for me to play regularly.

I don't have a job, but I am still in school, so I guess it is O.K. I'll be starting my second year of college soon, and I am taking entirely too many classes. Oi.

I'll be 20 in a few months, yay for me. I still don't have a driver's license, but I'll probaly get one when I get a job, which at this rate will be never.

I don't have any other hobbies really, except maybe playing other video games.

I guess that is about it. Also, if you actually read all of this, PM me, okay.

Hey, I started playing early Aprile 2003. I live in Sonoma, California (which is about an hour north of San Francisco) but normally play in Rohnert Park at Scandia or Q-Zar.

hello.. i'm Kelly.. im 16.. i've been playing since march i think.. i started out playing the demo cd for DDRMax.. and then i bought it in April or May.. I've been playing some songs on Maniac lately and i've been doing pretty good.. i can get an A or AA on light easily and on standard i can get an A or B easily.. Soon i'm going to start to freestyle.. if i feel brave enough.. hehe..

I'm Xequar the Hero, better known as simply Al by all who know me. I am a 21 year old college student who got addicted to DDR thanks to one of my friends at college. I play mostly at home, but I make the occasional pilgrimage to the arcade to play as well. And yes, being from the Thumb of Michigan, it IS a pilgrimage. I can play most catas, but the 10 footers make me want to die. Ummm, I think that's it.

Hey there all you other peoples... you're probably not going to read this, there's 8 freakin' pages worth of n00bs n veterans. I'm a n00b to these boards, but not the site or the game.

Anyways, my name's Myles, I'm 18, and I play DDR. Quite obvious, being on this site, right? Right. So I won't get too into that. I wouldn't call it an obsession, but I have Kakumei playing in my head or some other DDR song at least 3 times a day. And I'm not kidding.

I have too many favorite songs to name, as well as artists. If I share a liking, I'll let you know. My difficulty ranges from 6-9 footers, Standard/Heavy. I go by DDRMax difficulty names because that's the game that started it all for me. At least, that's when I started to get good.

I'm 16, asian, 1 yr. ddr experience, Trained by Danny Boy (not really) and my sole mission in life is to maul him and Furious Flipper at both PA and FS!!!

And i seriously wanna hurt Furious Flipper since he scarred my mind with his FS of Jam Jam Reggae and Shake Your Booty. (YOU are the reason my friends stopped playing!!! Especially the girls!!!)

I got the name overkill cuz even if i'm gasping for air and about to die out, i flip a coin in a ddr machine adn continue playing until 2-3 hrs have passed. (nobody knows this better than Eugene aka Shockwave and the PSM staff)

my name's Rob, and ive been playing for like 2-3 months now. a friend of mine showed it to me in tha local mall arcade after goin to a movie.
from there it went like this:
played it--> loved it--> rushed upstairs to software etc. and bought it (and 2 pads)

i mainly play the home version. im currently working on my own metal pad. a group of about 5-7 of us play it locally in Kingsport TN (its near bristol if that helps) we're also in the band together. im just now working on standard and double pads on light/ easy standard.

god i love this game.

Sup my name is Julian and I've been playing DDR after couple of months after Konamix was released...I can do most 7 footers and a couple 8 footers...I need to practice on gallops...oh yea and I live in Daly City.
