Simple question:

What (if any) difference is there between Paranoia Survivor and Paranoia Survivor MAX. I know that MAX is harder with different steps, but SONG-wise, are they the same song? I can't tell the difference at all 0_O

Well, one's 20 bpm faster than the other

and MAX has a little section in the end that isn't in Survivor

ha ha ha. i thought this was going to be another one of those "I was playing and people were watching me and I felt paranoid about it lol" Anyways, sorry for going off topic. PsM also has a set of oni steps while PS does not

Also that big freeze found in PS is in PSM but the song slows down making the freeze seem shorter when you hold it for the same amount of time really, and PSM has an extra slowdown at the end of it.

PSM is 20 bpm faster (duh!) and has the "break-it-on-down!" part at the end. And it has more "Paranoia" sounds at the end.

Those are the only differences I've noted.

He's talking about the song not the slow downs or it being on mirror, or having oni steps.

It's basically the same song, except for the 20bpm faster and the longer ending, stated previously.
