It's not an avatar hosting issue. I just got it on pageload of viewforum.php, where nobody's avatars (or sigs) are indexed. No other webpages open, no installed spyware. First time I'd been here today.
It was attached to the ad banner for USAPlatinumCard.com from ads-flow.com:

I get alot of pr0n sites poping up... I think what you search in google or yahoo... effects what type of pop ups you get. it finds what your interests are and those pop ups appear.

I'm talking to the ad hosting people about it. As far as I know, we're not supposed to have any popups.

Not that I have any way of proving this, but since making my last post in this thread, I've gotten the popup three more times (all on Sunday evening). Each time I got it, that was the ad banner that was loaded...And I'm reasonably certain that I never got a pageload with that ad that *didn't* result in a popup.
I didn't see the ad at all yesterday, so I don't know if maybe the ad host pulled it from rotation or if I just got lucky.

Yeah rarely I get the odd pop up when I come here. often gambling sites or pr0n ones.

I got the response "I'm on it right away" as my reply when I talked to them about it.
