Please help end my confusion. Please tell me the exact release dates for Beat Mania and Dance Dance Revolution in Japan. I have read many release dates and would like to get a sure fire answer please.

Since he didn't clarify them with "xth Mix" I will deduce that he's talking about the original.

Hmm, I have no freaking idea. Beatmania was out in late, late 1997 (or so I've heard), and I first heard of DDR in late, late September 1998. That's all I can help you.
