Need help with Ignition pad

Hey all
I bought a DDRNation v2.0 Ignition Pad from www.ddrnation.com/products.htm.

Within a month, it has become totally useless. The arrow sensors just randomly get stuck down during every single song, making it totally unplayable. I've tried taking the foam inserts out, and playing without them - it doesn't help at all.

This is driving me CRAZY. If you know what I can do to fix this, I would be INCREDIBLY grateful if you'd help me out.

Yes this is in the wrong section, but I'll help ya anyway. Look at the warranty at the website and they should have info concerning returns and such. Since it has been a month for you I'm not sure if you are able to return it for the exchange of a new one, but try emailing them.
