In Orion.78 AMeuro Mix, the "wet feet" line you're referring to is the Okinawan girl's attempt at saying "what's this?" in english. But all in all, the song doen't make anymore sense than Daikenkai.

I always thought it was "Genom brings a message," the last word being stretched out a bit.

Why is the song "1998" titled as such (yes, I know that the rapper says it twice in the song)? Was it written in 1998? Is it an homage to 1998? If it's an earlier song, why did Konami wait until Extreme to place it on a DDR mix?
