Ummm one thing, you turned the freezes off in Maxx Unlimited. That makes up basically half of the difficulty of that song.
On a serious note though, how do you guys play? Cuz if you play with two hands and two fingers, you guys are just (only 5000% too much) a little obsessed with DWI. I mean I thought I was wacked out cuz I AAA'd Cartoon Heroes, but damn man. I can't even touch PSMo at all. And the 4000+ step J-Paradise with 5 greats is disgusting. Seriously, you guys play too much, i recommend a new hobby, such as playing DDR on the pad. And don't tell me that you play with one hand, that would destroy me. _________________

You're giving those freezes far too much credit. Besides, I took that picture a long time ago, and I only turned the freezes off to learn Unlimited and to AAA the damn song; as awkward as they are on pads, they're moreso on keyboard. I don't have to turn them off anymore; Final Countdown's far worse, and I don't turn freezes off on it.

2 fingers from each hand: for , left middle finger on D; for , left index finger on F; for , right index finger on J; for , right middle finger on K. This is the natural position for typing, which also makes it the most natural position for DWI as well. Each finger's devoted to a single key, so there's no worrying about moving your hand around, and it allows for some serious BMS playing.
Heh, you think we play too much? You'd be surprised at just how little we play, especially compared to one kid I know who sits at home all day and does nothing but play DWI or the Playstation DDR's. And believe me, we would play on pads, except home pads aren't worth shit, and the closest good arcade machine is an hour away in another state. _________________

That is by far the weirdest setup for DWI i've heard of yet. Well I guess that explains it though. You should try it my way tho. It's more authentic as you have two fingers (legs) and you hit the arrow keys (arrows on the pad). Because that just sounds like you're typing up an essay on DWI. Nice scores tho still. _________________

I've heard of some far stranger ones, especially with doubles...

I'm not going for authenticity; if I was, I'd use Stepmania. Besides, there's no way in hell you could AAA some DWI's I've seen using two fingers and the arrow keys. _________________

Actually, I do play with one hand. The other hand is used for other things like doing homework while playing. *Just kidding*
And my "1337" combo: http://www.freewebs.com/nekomiki/dwiscores.html |

AAAAAAARGH! STUPID!!! STUPID!!! STUPID!!!!!!
No matter what, I ALWAYS get 1 frickin' good on The Least 100 Fucking Seconds [Heavy]. I knwo I can full combo it, and I've disabled the announcer because sometimes there is a pause before the announcer says something, but I always get 1 random Good! I shouldn't be getting Goods on songs like that, otherwise I'm mentally retarded! Which I am! Anyone else have the same problem as me? Or are you all, say, getting all Marvelouses on it?! |

Cyanide 2600, off the top of my head. It's insanely hard to simply pass, and that's playing the way I do. I think I've got some others, but I'm at work right now and DWI's at home....
Also, I won't say it's impossible to do, but I'd love to see someone AAA Final Countdown using two fingers. _________________

Just did it. Two fingers, Final Countdown Heavy, AAA. It's not that hard. It's just really really awkward. Will have pictures when my stupid camera starts working again. Will also have pictures of G2 Heavy AAA, Power Plant Challenge AAA, and A Heavy AAA.
-for fun, do A Heavy....on Shuffle. Good stuff. _________________
