So I decided, why not just play it on heavy to start....yeah.

Got slaghtered, I didn't know it was dang 10 feet.

Personally I hate the song. It's shitty music. One of my least favorite in the game.

The steps suck too. They are easy, but they suck.

And it is by far the easiest 10.

yeah cmon....I hate how people say 'song x is the easiet x foot!" Only because whatever's in the song you can do well. Whats easy for you might be hard for someone else and vice versa.

bag is only easier than sakura if you play it with speed mods and/or solo arrows. 1x vivid (or, heaven forbid, 1x flat) makes bag harder than sakura (i would say by a large margin). not that i'm against speed mods - but, flat-out, it's true. bag 3x is much easier than half the catas in the game; bag 1x is just plain hard.

Sakura really should be a 9 - they're counting on the gallops and the slowdowns to throw you (instead of fast, max300-esque craziness), but it doesn't work - once you play it like twice, you know where all those come in and it's not hard at all to read after that (well, relatively speaking re: other 10 footers). Cartoon Heroes, So Deep, and even R&P (imo) are harder than Sakura.

bag's steps are easy but reading it 1x is a pain. 1.5x gives me plenty of trouble too. thus, i think bag is harder than sakura, and on 1x (and even 1.5x) deserving of its 10-foot status.

But who is forcing you to play Bag at 1.5x? See, that's why it's easy. It's not enforced, you can play a song with whatever modifiers you want, as long as you can pass it, its not cheating, but modifiers arent really gonna do much for you on sakura.

True you could just slap a mod on Bag and make it easier( although now i find it harder to read with mods than without) but all in all it is still a harder song than sakura. I mean hell, so deep is easy with little, but take the song as is, and most people will pass Sakura way before they even touch Bag. it is just kinda fast, but nonthing really bad, besides that mean, nasty, evil slowdown that keeps most people i know from fc the song

sakura sounds awesome

the arcade i go to it's #1 pick. sakura shouldnt be a 10 footer, but it's too hard to be a 9-footer, i hate the slowing down and the gallop part. bag is mad hard!

It's the slowdown streams in the middle and the end that makes people fail the song as their final stage if you don't know it well enough.

Sakura isn't evil. It should be a 9 foot song. I honestly dont like the song sound wise either. To me it's just a bunch of bass crammed into a song. I find Bag harder to read than Sakura. The Oni steps disgrace the song even more.

I guess it's a 10 because of its high BPM and the ever suprising Slow-Down. Right.

You didnt know it was a 10? I think you should've looked at the little green feet and number on the bottom corner! It's good to know what you're up against.

I think the only reason that Sakura has oni steps is because it was the one more extra stage for DDREX test location. Just like Kakumei, the oni steps arent hard until you throw some crazy modifiers on it. Imagine trying to play the oni steps for Sakura on 2x dark reverse or something without ever hearing or playing the song and you can see how that is a bit difficult (btw i never heard what mods were on sakura on the test locaitons assuming you got it as the extra extra stage).
