Hey all -

I was wondering if anyone has ever packed their pads up and put them on a plane. If so, how did they come out on the other side?

I'm going to visit my sister and would really love to spread some DDR joy, but I don't want to wreck my pads.

BTW - I have the RedOctane Ignition Pads and they came with a nylon carrying case.

I wouldn't trust Ignition pads in a soft case on a plane. The pad/case is not built as well as it could be considering that pressue on the top of the case could damage the wire coming out of the RO. I personally would pack them up as they came and ship them to where I was going instead of putting them on a plane's package system. They are a bit expensive.

Can't you just use the carrying case as a carry on on board and make sure nothing happens to the pads? I dunno, I'm not up to par on FAA regulations, heh. riiight.gif

Great ideas - thanks. I had thought about carrying them on as well. Maybe that's the way to go if it doesn't go against any FFA regs.
