It's faster if you get one through Rinkya but, as DJP said, it's alot more expensive. Depending on how much your auction ends at it could be to 2 hundred more after fees and such. I'm not as patient as some other people so I just paid the extra buck.

Hi. Anyone know approximately how much a controller weighs? I'm probably going to purchase the small one (as I doubt I'll be playing on an arcade machine anytime soon), but if you can give me the approximate weight of both the small one and the ASC that would be helpful. I want to figure out how much it would cost to ship either of these things before I place any orders.

Can someone help me with unlocking songs in 7th ? I am really not sure what I need to do to unlock songs, I really want to get white lovers unlocked, does anyone know what I need to do to unlock everything?

Also does himeya still have ASCs available?

Can anyone with an ASC (or access to a machine) do me a massive favor? I got a good deal on the buttons and I'm building my own Pop'n controller -- I'd like it to be as close to the real thing as possible. Can anyone provide measurements? Dimensions, center-to-center button placement, anything like that? I'd hate to play for a year on my own controller, then go to the arcade and have to adjust all over again.

Of course, sent I spent a mint on it, my only concerns now are maintenance issues.

Yeah. Im extremely baffled myself

I put the order in on the 12th. And it arrived on the 22nd (I missed the delivery). So, based on what I was hearing about the expected delivery time, I was VERY shocked when it arrived at the door.

Since my last posting, konamistyle has re-instated the "order" button for the pop'n 8 SP page, so now we have the order placed... I think.

Yes, it's one for me, and one for the person in Japan I'm shipping it to. My copy will then get to me from there. Hopefully, konamistyle doesn't mind that I applied quantity = 2 to the order.

Still, though, it seems there's no other place to get the SP package now - Himeya is sold out, and NSCx, Lik-Sang, etc, don't even list the SP at all.

Well, hopefully my order with konamistyle will work out. Himeya's markup for it was incredibly ridiculous - 8888 yen + shipping to US does NOT amount up to what they're charging.

I do have to get the ASC too - and once again, I will need to purchase two of them, likely from konamistyle - but I'm not looking forward to having to have those -shipped- from Japan. x_x
