My cousin has a webcomic that occasionally mentions DDR, and I found the one from Monday June 16 especially amusing... enjoy.

Right. It half-loaded and I Xed it. If I can't read the writing, I doubt it's going to amuse me. |

cute drawings... and I like the idea but yeah, she should be more careful with the fonts she uses
and maybe adjusting the scans so the pencil lines are darker will make it easier to appreciate too... it's all kinda fuzzy/airbrushy-- but that's just my $0.02 _________________

It's not as bad as 10K Commotion. I only wasted 1 minute reading that comic, while i spent 30 minutes waiting for 10K Commotion to get good.
Also, some of the grammer is just as bad, and non-Japanese speakers won't be able to read the UNTRANSLATED Japanese writing any better than they could have read the poorly chosen font in this comic. _________________

Syxx Pac... leave the 10K Commotion alone! The art and storyline of that comic is fabulous! And Makoto is just amazing! If you can draw and write stories like hers, let's see it... until then, respect your superiors!
But, about this comic... it was kinda... lame. But hey, with work, it could be good. Listen to Makoto's advice, she's very wise. Also... the whole "I'm this song," "You're like this, or I like that," just didn't really do anything for me. No , just so get either better scripts or better humor, and definately better writing, and it would be good. _________________

I fail to see why someone is superior to me just because they can DRAW BETTER.
I never said anything bad about the art anyway.
The story is stupid, but I can see how someone is so blown away by the art that they don't realize it. _________________

I really like your cousin's drawing style. It's simplistic, yet stylish. I love the paint job on the characters.
Just a few friendly suggestions:
As a few people have said, though, it is a bit hard to read.
Also, I find it a bit hard to navigate. Maybe your friend could write a script that shows the name of the comic above the comic? And an introduction page would be super (because otherwise, we have no idea what the whole webcomic's theme is).

It would've been better if the charcter with the odd writing said funnier things. LoM shoulda said something funnier too. And it isn't spelled Legend of Maxx. |

I'll pass on the constructive criticism to the artist. All the chars in the comic have specific fonts that have something to do with their characters or personalities, I've just gotten so used to them I can read it pretty well... I read the comic with hand-written text first, though, so meh. There's rarely ever a storyline with this comic, it's pretty much randomness. Ah well, those of ya that liked it, have fun with it, and maybe read the rest! _________________

It wouldn't even be an issue if you didn't keep comparing things... if Sheenaza posted a thread about her cousin's comic, why did you even have to bring me into it? To be a hater? Is that witty where you come from?
People bash me all the time and I could care less now, but there's no need for you to be jealous and hijack someone else's thread... Zarla's comic is very cute!
*edit* btw, sorry if that sounds rude... I realize now that I look at Syxx Pac's comic that he's probably only in 3rd or 4th grade so sorry-- don't be offended. Just go back to drawing, na? _________________

that's a good idea! and the different fonts could work well, but they just need to be a little bigger I think... _________________

I was like the 4th person who implied that it was not good or funny, but I didn't even say that. Looks like I got on that 'bandwagon' way late. Also, nobody forced you here.

Yes I am so jealous because I can't do da drwning. =P~~ I wish I was a great artist, then people would just be THROWING money at me.

Didn't I already admit that I had no art skills. And yes, that's how I really sound like when I'm talking. Being in the 3rd or 4th grade for 15 years has got me this far. It's obvious that someone just doodling instead of paying attention in English class, or else you would have known what a "spoof" is, even if it's too retarded to be funny. It's obvious by the grammer in the 10K comic that it was in fact written by someone in the 3rd or 4th grade.
Don't get so upset just because one person thought the STORY to your comic is bad, even if the art is good. _________________
