Vision Attack (as proposed for a tournament a while ago): Beginner, Stealth. Reaction speed required is similar to reading at about 5x - you see the circle, and your foot shoots out.

Short Boarding-When your soft pad slides all over the room during heavy songs.

Pit Stop-When you try to hurry up and fix your sliding pad during your song. riiight.gif

Music Moochers-When a group of people take 15 minutes scrolling through the songs bobbing their heads and dancing to the music before they decide to select a song. .

A crappy one at that!

The next person to skip 20, November and go straight for Afronova will get SMACKED!!!

Would it be possible to build a robot who could play DDR perfectly?! Because that would look very kewl! But I know how hard it is just for a robot to keep its balance...

It would be really heavy . .plugged to the machine and probably have 4 legs because 2 would make it a true AI which isn't really isn't possible.

But it WOULD be cool. . if it could happen ..

The robot would just be another name for a machine that can read notes. goog.gif

Shuffle- on songs like R3, Holic , Buring the Rloor and Abyss where the1/16 steps go left, right, down, then up and you drag your feet on the pad.
Example: The reason I don't like arcade play is because I shulffle too much.

That would be sweet! If it was portable you could bring it to the arcade and use it to "keep you afloat" and you could try songs that you know you couldnt beat. laugh.gif

Still... you would have to pay twice as much. disgust.gif

Swivel jump - those evil fast jumps on songs like Paranoia that make you swing your arse (as well as the rest of your body) if you're really into the song

foot flub - getting a good (or worse) on some easy step that ruins an otherwise long combo - especially after a difficult string of steps

"That Mupp-Up!!!": what my friends say when you full combo on a 5th mix song, but you have at least 100 more greats then perfects....made famous by me.....frown.gif

"Savior Step": when you play a song you know your gonna fail while the other player plays beginner/light to save you from wasting your turn.

"Rest Area": when you play a hard song, then a light song, then a really hard song.

"No Rhythm": you attempt to FS a song, but in the end, you really just waving your arms like your brainless....

Bullet Time: On Double. Step on up-down on one pad, then falls back and hit the right on the same pad or left on the other pad with one of your hands.
