I was wondering if there was a way you could use your shoes on a dance pad without damaging it other than buying a metal pad (those are mad expensive!). I really need to know this because my pads alway scrunch up and stuff and if I don't wear my shoes, I hurt my feet. I saw stuff on "modding" my pad but im not sure if I could do that or if I could afford it. |

If you have a Konami pad, don't worry. Mine's all scrunched up, and there's a rip by the up arrow, and it still works like a charm. My dog steps on it all day too, because it's in the middle of my living room, so basically all you need to do is carpenter tape it to a piece of cheap wood. which will cost you, all together, under $10.
Or you could buy pad covers from red octane. but i've never seen them.. so I don't know. _________________
