I bought a USB adapter for my computer so I could play stepmania. Unfortunatly I bought one that was uncompatible is there any way i could subsitute new drivers or something to make it work? Thanks

It'd help to say which one you bought...

And you can always get Joy2Key, I believe it is linked on the SM Website somewhere, it does just what it says, lets you map your joystick to keyboard keys, so you can just set that up, and should work fine in SM... well, as fine as one can except an unsupported adapter to work.

1. Check www.stepmania.com for list of compatible adapters
2. Wrong forum. Try the Simulators forum instead.

He already bought the cable, and he knows it is incompatible, it'd seem... it'd be nice to know WHICH one it is though.
And this should also be moved to Simulator forum.
