Are ChannelBeat Upgrade Kits Legit?

Does channelbeat have legit or bootleg upgrade kits? I emailed asking a question about whether their 3rd and up to 8th kits would upgrade korean mixes, and they said that they would, and I don't think legit kits do that. Also, they have a 1st or 2nd to 8th upgrade kit, which, although it's crazy expensive, I wasn't aware existed. Anyone?

So where has legit upgrade kits?

The upgrade to 8th is $600 on channelbeat, but it seems that the mods feel that a legal copy is more. Leaving me confused.

Think about this when I checked there about 1 month ago I emailed them about a 8th mix upgrade kit and they said between $2500 and $2700, and now its $800 seems a little bit weird to me.
