Thats good, I mean it all depends how often you play and such. I know some people who can get better than me (been playing 2+ years) in 2 months.
So yeah just keep practicing. _________________

I've been playing for 6 months and my biggest accomplishments are:
Max 300(standard)
Can't Stop Falling In Love Speed Mix(Heavy)
Tsugaru (Heavy)
era(heavy) Favorite! :D
A (heavy)
Got halfway on Max 300 (heavy) and So Deep (heavy)
The Legend Of Max (standard)
I guess thats enough info: Tell me if im good, give opinions and such. |
6 months, that's decent. I have known DDR for 4 years and you play just as good as me. |

To me, it really depends on how well you can PA the lot of them, and whether you can AA the ones you've cleared or not. _________________

Progress-wise, you're about where I was at month 6. But at the same time, I was aiming to perfect my PA by then, not try and beat tons of songs.
It all depends on your personal goals. If you're trying to work on PA, how many AAs do you have? But if it is just about fun and beating all of the songs first, then you're on the right track. _________________

You can AA Max 300 on heavy but only get halfway through it? |

Cool, I guess I'm doing ok then progress wise as well. I've only been playing for 5 months and can AA the vast majority of Heavy songs. I just added two more AA's to my list today: Be Lovin and Can't Stop Fallin' in Love (speed mix) I can A So Deep along with obtaining an A Max300 and Maxx Unlimited all on heavy and I have a bunch of light AAA's along with a Heavy AAA. My PA is ok I guess... I can usually only get under 20 greats with 8 footers and 7's. Then again I have practiced a lot, but anyways nice job with the progress! |

at month 6 I sucked pretty bad. Sure I could pass everything singles and doubles, but I couldn't max style AA shit. My PA was absolutely horrific. I had FCed End of the Century with 15% perfects, and I was trying . My PA averaged around 55%
So while I could pass a lot of stuff, I couldn't really do well on anything.
I think that if you are actually doing well on stuff, then you are better than I was when I was at the 6 month period. |

You dont need to worry about PA untill your a lot better.
This is how i see the order of skill...
you start at basic just beating it.
then standard
then heavy
then you fc stuff on heavy
then you pass oni courses
then you AA heavy shtuff
then you AAA standard/basic stuff
then AAA heavy
then AAA max 300
then maxx unlimited
then legend of max
then PSM oni
haha yeah so do I make sense? |
