No, nobody can get you copies for Beatmania. Dont ask for that kind of stuff here.
Dont support piracy, and buy the originals. _________________

first time looking at this thread, and after looking through all the pages, I'm impressed with everybody improving well.
AlexMax: This is anit-mod for 6th mix + core that I have and it works for me.

Hey I have a question about 5 Key Beatmania Doubles, we have a 5th mix here and im just wondering were some songs meant to be played with 2 people? Theres a part in Deep In You doubles that makes you hit buttons and turntable on both sides at the same time, and I can think of some other ones kinda like that, its stuff like this that is keeping me from making my way up to 6 star doubles. _________________

they do the same thing in IIDX with the notes and scratching either scratch early or ignore the scratch. |

Or pinky scratch..
EDIT: Oh yeah, we're talking about 10-key, oops! Okay, there are a bunch of things you can do:
1P keys, 2P keys+scratch: play as nromal, but pinky scratch on right
1P keys+1P scratch: move right hand to left turntable ;)
1P keys+scratch, 2P keys: use thumb on turntable, pinky on keys on right side OR do the same thing with your other hand
1P keys+scratch 2Pkeys+scratch: use thumb on scratch for left side, pinky on scratch for right
Or do the scratches slightly early/late like Mike suggested, that's what I always -used- to do on 5-key and it worked fine at the time to pass songs... But it doesn't do much for your score ;) |

Yes, pinky scratching on doubles does become a b!tch....
and to put more info into Crystal scratch techiques...
1p keys 1+5 and 2p scratch = >_<
1p keys 1+3+5 + scratch and 2p scratch = .....god only knows -_-
yea, don't believe just play the songs from Beatmania III: overwheling, All in vanity, Live Together, Shake it down, and Feeling of love(i think) on doubles and you will see what i mean. |

Well like Mike said the best I have found for some songs is simply to scratch then hit the keys (or in the other order), rather than at the same time. You may not get a high score but at least you don't get a bad or a poor... In fact when I played 2nd mix / CM1 double this was all I knew how to do. My friend Paul pinky scratched then (98?? 99??) but I didn't start that until sometime in 2001 when I started playing IIDX because I didn't WANT to scratch with my pinky! (Ok I'm dumb)
And despite that I managed to pass a lot of songs.. ;-) But everyone is so focused on timing lately that's probably not good enough. Just as well, I'm still no good at timing!
Micharu, Lisu also sits way to the side of the machine to get his wrist angle perfect, one foot on the platform one foot off. Playing with your right hand so twisted is dangerous (ergonomically) if you aren't careful to keep your wrist fairly straight--keeping it bent for prolonged periods causes RSI! Please be careful. Also Lisu uses his ring finger for key 5 often, and sometimes even his index. I don't use my middle finger on key 5 much personally either. |

use you PS2 to play Beatmania Club Mix, since you will need the anti-mod code for your PSX |

If it needs antimod, then forget it. My Magic 3.1 cant defeat antimod PSX games. My 6th Mix + Core Remix refuses to buut with my Magic 3.1. _________________

I come in search of a song name.
I first heard it on one of the Gameboy games, but the title's in Japanese... so I don't know what it is.
Here's a pic of the title. Does anyone know? Also, if you can identify it, which PS mix is it on, if any? |
