Pad Modding

I have found a new way to mod DDR pads. Most people with third party pads take a big piece of plywood and duct tape it to the pad.
However, I bougt an ignition pad with the foam insert (the foam sucks by the way. Get rid of it.) so I took plywood scraps, used almost 2 big rolls of duct tape (duct tape ), and made a custom plywood insert for my pad. It now weighs about 15 lbs. and doesn't budge an inch; even on Rythm and Police - heavy. Has anyone else done something like that?
