I think he just repeatedly smashed all the arrows. Getting 269 perfects on a song that is 270bpm while on boost AND 8.0x AND shuffle AND stealth seems implausible under normal circumstances.

Lol, talking about auto mode, I put it on and did a custom song. It failed it. I was really suprised. It had impossible steps, like 4 freezes at the same time, it was really funny, It wouldn't allow you to do it.
