Is it true that in MAX2 they used the Gundam Wing opening theme?

I looked up DDR on kazaA, and it came up... so, is it ture they used it?

DDR has used an anime theme as one of its songs, but it's a speed remix of the Lupin the Third theme. That being said, there are a lot of songs incorrectly labeled on Kazaa. For example, I once saw Niko's Night of Fire (from Disney's Rave/Disney Mix and PPP) labeled as "Gundam Wing - Knights of Fire". Lots of people also have everything by Smile.dk, Me & My, and even artists that have never been on DDR labeled as a DDR music.

Actually, Konami has used several anime themes. Lupin the Third, as you mentioned, is one. Ninzaburo (Furuhata's Theme) is another. And Sobakasu (Freckles) is the most recent one, unless there's one in Extreme that I'm unaware of.

Konami has used a ton of anime music in its games.

Pop'n Music Animelo, anyone?
