Ugh. Playing with a controller isn't a 'mode' it's a loophole. "Foot Mode" is simply DDR. Playing with a controller is not. however, that's not the topic
This is: I know a person who plays in the weirdest way you'll ever see. I won't mention handles at this site or names... but she knows who she is. Ha.

That last post reminds me of something. Just yesterday, I was playing the original DDR on my PS and every time I tried to do PARANOiA MAX on "Expert" (Maniac) Specifically, it would start and there would be no music throughout the entire song. Needless to say, this makes it very difficult to pass

I was playing Fine Choice Oni at my local arcade and then all of a sudden on Witch Doctor Trick the machine freezes. Then it starts back up, and while it is trying to catch up to the music the arrows are flying really fast and I am trying to hit them. After about the 16th arrow I just gave up and failed. It also happened while doing Extra Stage (Max 2)

Ummm... uhhh.... the only "weird" thing DDR related is that I DON'T like the arcade machines. My setup is a lot better than an arcade anyway. Not to mention I don't have to pay money after buying it all AND I get the joy of blasting out the neighbors' music with DDR. That last thing alone makes it so great.  |

Wierd thing? Hmm... wierd as I can get is suddenly feeling all soft inside after listening to Look At Us, or just wanting a GF when I play ddr and kinda hugging myself to sustain my severe lonliness on the pad... in public... Or hugging the machine... Or getting all mushy on white lovers and smiling too much... Or imagining my friend yuka was there, smiling at me and I all of a sudden start drifting away in my dreary luvy-dubby mode... Or using my butt on 99% of Max (Basic)... Which almost broke my tibiya...

i have a friend who is always doing the carlton dance (fresh prince) to "Witch Doctor" double light...very disturbing anyone who goes to high voltage in bakersfield will know what i am sadly describing

After recieving a thorough arse whuppin from Standard No Options Bag, I went back to the arcade the next day. I put it on light so I could find the beat better then it freezes on me 20 seconds or so into the song. After about 10 seconds or so of the same damn thud repeating itself over and over, the screen flashes and I am now in Heavy Reverse mode... Got a free game ot of it though
