Ok. I'm looking into buying a copy of DDR. However, I don't want to buy any version that has that incredibly lame and annoying ghetto announcer in it. "

"CAN AHH CAWUL YU THU DAYUNCIN MAYSTUH???!"

Ugh. Which version is the one that has the really cool sounding announcer guy, you know, "OKAY! Are you ready? LET'S SEE YOUR ENERGY!"

Does anyone know?

Yeah.

The DDRMAX for PS2.

Has a lot of songs, and that guy that sounds cool.

The announcer you are referring to is on 1st-5th mix. Though, I believe he only says "let's see your energy" on 4th mix.

But, you are dissing DDRMAX's announcer, which is worse than a felony in my book. The DDRMAX and above announcer is my favorite... and he doesn't sound like a southern hick, like you try to make him out to be. It's better than, "I see a dream in your dance; I see tomorrow in your dance! Let's call it our hope" ugh... Give me the max announcer any day.
