I wonder how a fusion between Let Them Move and Max 300 would sound? Probably not too good. Let Them Move is a slow song and Max 300 is a way fast song. I doubt Let Them Move would sound good as a faster song. |

That would be the ultimate challenge .........for an Alien  .
Anyway is just a name for an Impossible song , because there's no more DDR .
And ......... some new MAX song could have a little piece of song with arrows runing at 400 BPM .

A 400 bpm song would be possible. Ask Foy (if he ever comes back to these boards) about his edit of Drop Out with a 36 step chain of 16th steps while holding a frezze with a hand. That's like a song at 520.
It can be done.
P.S. Maxx Overdone would come next.

I happen to like the paranoias, thank you very little. I don't like the Maxes because they're just TOO hard. I mean I can do them (sometimes), but still... any song that begs you to bar rape is just too much...

It would depend entirely on the arrangment of the arrows.
1/4 steps on a 400 bpm song would be equal to 1/8 steps on a 200 bpm song, you've all played affronova right?
1/8 steps on a 400 bpm song would be equal to 1/16 steps on a 200 bpm song, thats pretty fast, but do-able in short 3 arrow bursts.
And with the current progression rate of the DDR'ers here (AA'ing LoM) I don't think that it would be that ludricious. |

Heh. To extend on my Flowers idea:
Okay, calling it that is probably too evil, so call it something like X-am, but with a not so Max-ish banner. It'll pretty much be a LOM/Unltmd hybrid, and it'll only be playable in Extra Stage, and you won't know the difficulty or the speed
It could start off at 70 BPM with the trancy part of Unltd slowed down and be about as hard as bag, then speed up to 350 after about 40-50 seconds, thus nullifying ANY speed mods someone could use to pass the arrow-reading, and because it's Ex Stage, people failing the arrow-reading segment won't even know the song speeds up to the normal Max speed!
Mwa ha ha ha ha ha ha!!!!
Someone should make a DWI file for this or something. |
