What was your most embarassing DDR moment?

Nothing like fall off the pad ect has happened to me (with a crowd that is). So I would have to say my most embarrasing DDR moment was the first couple times I went to the arcade to play, before I even played at home or anything, was by far the worst. I mean going up there and playing some really basic songs looking how we all look when we played DDR for the first couple days infront of players that are playing heavy songs? Yeah kinda makes you *blush* a bit...

. Well I don't really have an all time most embarassing moment besides trying to do a cart-wheel onto the pad and falling smackdown on it

(never tried that again...).

But a funny thing happened to my friend... he had a big crowd around him and right when he was about to finish his song he did a double hand slap on the right and left arrows and let out this big ol FART!

Needless to say... he got enough laughs from everyone... and a lil extra more at school

This was just a few weeks ago (like 3 maybe?)

I was playing MAX2 for the first time at Franklin Mills after these 6 guys got on and were doing maniacs and such. I get on and barely pass Tsugaru Trick. Ok, w/e, i'm still getting used to 7-Fts in the arcade. I think I B'd Exotic Ethnic after that. But then, on my final song, The Whistle Song trick, I just HAD to do Jump-spins. Needless to say, I failed.

So I went home and AC'd Tribal Dance Trick

haha these are really funny. the worst that's happend to me was when my friend and i were gonna FS dynbamite rave light (duh) we planned out this point when we were gonna switch pads for like 3 minutes before the song started while everyone was watching. then when the time came, my mind wander and he muttered now and he jumped, but since i completely forgot about it i slammed into me. heh. he yelled at me quite a bit afterwords.

The DDR Machine at my local mall has a big glass window and the back of the TV thing is facing the people so all they see is the ddr players facing them... picture it?

Well my bro (JeffreyAtW) was doing like a 10 or 9 footer that I couldnt so of course I went to trick and put on like Hidden or Sudden

So all these pepole are watching me fail these extremely easy steps not knowing i can't even see them while my brother is confidently like AAing this extremely hard song...

Man, I've never sliped are anything.

Well, at home, I can do MAX 300 on Standered and get AAA.

So, I go to my Aracde to see a new MAX2 system is in!

YAY!

It's only fifty cents!(My local DDRUSA is $1.50, they gayest mix for that much!?!?)

So I get on, and start out with a song on light so people think I'm not that good, then I do WILD Rush on Heavy, and man, I hate Arcade Metal Pads, I haven't played one in like 3 months, so I couldn't combo.

Last song, so I go to MAX 300.

OMFG, what was wrong with this machine!

I do the song, and it doesn't even take my hold Arrows..gah

So I fail for some reason, and there was AT LEAST 30 people watching, because everybody except me sux around here.

So as mad as I am, I take off my shoe and start slamming then holding it on the arrow after song whilst shouting LOUDLY, "CAN YOU SENSE THAT?!?!CAN YOU DUMB FRIKIN' MACHINE!?!?!"

I look behind, and a ton of kids from my school where in a group....

My face was hot, I was sweating, and everybody was scared of me.

Not to mention one of them I liked.....

I hated it.

Hey, good thing my pants didn't fall off.

My most embarassing moment: I was at a tournament at my local arcade, this was in November and I was just starting to pass cata's by then. So, it's my turn to PA, I pick my song (Matsuri Japan) then realize I don't have my belt... the song started and I didn't think that having no belt would prevent me from playing the song. 10 steps into the song, my pants start dropping. Through the whole song, I had to hold my pants up in front of a ton of people. I thought, hey, I'm not gonna see or hear these people ever again, so it's not a big deal. A couple of days later, I found DDRFreak... it turns out I'm very popular... so whenever someone asks who I was, I tell them I was the kid who's pants fell down while I was playing Matsuri Japan in the Glendale Galleria Tournament...

i'am laugh my buttocks off right now cuz this thred is awsome

my and my firend are both atticts so we went to this one arcade that is basically a shoe box and only has like ten different machines since thats the closet one, but they have DDR extreme. we did 2 songs and the last one we decided to do max 300 standard FS. it wasnt the best fs ever but it was pretty good.
coming to the end when u kinda go crazy wit the arrows, we both do a spin at the very same time, my friend losses his footing and falls to the side onto me, i then fall forward and slam my nose into the bar OUCH!!!!
the crowd when into one of those OOOOOOOOOOOOO things and started to laugh like crazy

i ened up almost breaking my nose and getting blood all over the pad
and yeah we failed completely
