That is the site where Konami officially reveals the unlock codes. It still has the code for unlocks 1-27 listed.

What's "kakushi"?

Kakushi is Japanese for "secret" or "hidden". The Japanese title for "Spirited Away" (whichisaveryfineanimedoncherknow) is "Sen to Chihiro no Kamikakushi", where kamikakushi translates as "spiriting away", as if you cared.

Apparently, I heard that Konami will "feel like it", that is, giving us the last code; on or around the 24th of April.

I don't know if it's true or not, but the theory I heard as to the reason why makes a whole lot of sense...that's the day when Konami will release MAX2 for the PS2 in Japan

, supposedly the arcade game and the new console game have something in common....
