So, unlock code comes out Thursday, I'm excited... we've got a tourney Saturday, and I'm thinking about using Legend of Max against an opponent or two... that is, if it gets unlocked. Won't know till then I guess.

i think itd be pretty damn cool if the unlock unlocked a song that noone knows about yet. Im tired of always seeing the DWI's of songs before they are even released it would be nice to have a new song!

No...they know which songs are going to be there because they ripped all the song banners from the CD. No banner = no song

So we know them all.

But really... I just want to play the PSM oni steps. Holy jesus, those are something else.

LoM is kinda fun to play... but not my favorite. I'll probably play it more just so I can get past it in Legend (if I ever manage to finally get past the second to last step of unlimited

I just want the new modifiers to be unlocked, none of the remainging songs really interest me, unless there is some code to unlock the awesome licensed tracks from 5th mix that we can't play any more (*NOTE* I am just kidding about that, I know they arent on 8th so back off). I want Fuwa Fuwa and Brake, and maybe .5x

IR is now closed... so they're probably adding the new courses to the IR, that means a new code REALLY soon...

If I hear anything, I'll keep you guys posted.

EDIT: It's now 12:00 Noon here in the midwest... and still nothing. WTF?

Here's what I know right now...

I stared at my PC screen until about 5:00 AM CST looking for it, and I never got anything. Crackoon was looking too, and I finally fell asleep before he had found it either. I woke up this morning and looked again... there's a repost of the 1-27 code and some extremely obvious fakes. NOTHING ELSE.

It seems like they're going to wait until the 24th (to coincide with the MAX2 release) to release the next code. Wish I would have known that sooner, or I wouldn't be this tired...

So yeah... nothing right now. Sorry guys.

EDIT: Adding this statement... this is all supposed information. I don't know for sure... they could release it later today, for all I know. This is just the info that I have right now, mixed with a little personal opinion. Thank you to Crackoon for pointing me in the right direction on this one.

Well, since the code doesn't unlock any new courses for Internet Ranking, they have no need to rush. They can torture us as long as they'd like.

My theory:
"From Home Version" doesn't have to be unlocked. You just have to take in a MAX2 memory card with Extreme link data and a customized nonstop course you made. Seems the most likely to me, since the other courses all came in groups of three.

...gah...I was probably one of the first people to find out (stupidly) about the IR being closed, because I went to try to put something in the night before, it didn't work 'cause I wrote down the 4-digit score instead of the 10-digit one at the bottom, then I went out the next day and did pretty well every single ranking possible (Oni and Nonstop) and then came back and it was down...ARGH!!!! (And I had decent a top-20 double score in there too!!!)
